The dry cleaning store in the next block closed down as their building is going to be demolished to make way for condos. They allowed Collage Joy into their premises on the last couple of days to do what we love best - treasure hunting!

Along with a huge supply of little, metal, C-shaped clips we found boxes and boxes of these old tickets dating from the late fifties and early sixties. They come in numbers from 1 to 8 and myriad colours. Many are in long strips which can be used as-is or torn along the perforations between each number. I wet a couple and the numbers didn't run, which was a happy surprise.

You can do an ATC number series or decorate a frame for your child's bedroom or insert a couple of tags into a collage piece or add them to a shrine or .......
