The packaging in which these arrived says ‘Lottery Paper’, but I really have no idea how they are used. Oh, well. It's not like Collage Joy ever uses anything in the way it was originally intended! LOL

Fold 'em into small origami shapes, use them as the pages in a miniature book, incorporate them into an Oriental project, etc. etc. etc.
